    Oolong tea is derived from the same plant as green tea but it is processed differently. I think it tastes better and it is supposed to have slightly better weight loss benefits. I’m curious if this is the only thing you did to lose weight, or were you working out and dieting as well?

    Well how did it go!? I’ve been drinking water and green tea for about 2-months now and lost 10 pounds. I probably could have lost about 20 but on the weekends I didn’t give up alcohol..so yeah..let me know!~

    I almost died because of this video! Be very careful with the hypnosis section. After watching I went to a busy revolving restaurant. Needless to say I kept going in and out of rooms and many people were drinking water and other beverages. Because of the hypnosis I constantly had a craving for water and green tea. I drank more than 2 gallons in an hour. I almost died from water poisoning. You’ve been warned!!
